I am a trauma specialist dedicated to supporting individuals in navigating the deep emotional wounds that often shape our thoughts, relationships, and sense of self. My therapeutic philosophy is grounded in a simple truth: much of our psychological suffering—whether it shows up as anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, emotional reactivity, or chronic disconnection—stems from unresolved trauma.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, across all stages of life. My clinical journey has taken me from interning with a psychiatrist to working in frontline counselling roles in Singapore, where I supported both expat populations and marginalised communities. These experiences expanded my understanding of how trauma is shaped not just by personal history, but also by culture, migration, identity, and social systems.
I have worked closely with adolescents struggling with self-worth, adults caught in survival patterns and limiting beliefs, and older individuals facing grief, life transitions, or a loss of meaning. I also have a special interest in complex trauma and personality-related difficulties, particularly Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD).I approach these experiences with depth and nuance—offering therapy that is neither pathologising nor surface-level, but rooted in deep emotional attunement and a commitment to lasting change.
What guides my work is the belief that healing is possible when we feel truly seen, heard, and understood. Therapy, to me, is not about “fixing” what’s broken, but about making space for all the parts of you—especially the ones that had to be hidden to survive.
I continue to deepen my practice through ongoing training, clinical supervision, and personal growth. I draw on a range of integrative modalities and tailor my approach to meet you where you are—with respect, care, and curiosity.
This work is more than a profession to me—it’s a calling. And it would be my honour to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

Healing happens when the body feels safe, the mind finds clarity, and the soul feels seen.
As a trauma specialist, I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities to support emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and identity repair.Together, we choose what works best for you.
CBT helps uncover and transform the “ core beliefs and thought patterns” that keep you stuck in anxiety, shame, or low self-worth. Trauma often creates internal rules like “I must be perfect” or “I’m not safe.” Through CBT, we challenge these beliefs, build new ways of thinking, and change the behaviours that reinforce them.
EMDR helps the brain “ reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer feel emotionally overwhelming. Using bilateral stimulation (e.g., eye movements), we allow your nervous system to “digest” what was never fully processed—reducing distress and giving your body and mind the message that the past is truly over.
Mindfulness brings us into the”present moment with acceptance and curiosity. When we experience trauma, our attention is often hijacked by the past or fear of the future. MBT helps anchor you to the now, teaching you to observe your inner world without judgment. This practice builds emotional regulation, self-awareness, and inner calm.
Rooted in the “ Polyvagal Theory “ this approach supports regulation of your autonomic nervous system. We work with your body's natural rhythms to move from states of fight, flight, or freeze into “ safe connection” Through breath, posture, sound, and attuned presence, we gently shift your internal state toward grounded calm.
Our early relationships shape our inner world. Psychodynamic therapy explores the “ unconscious patterns and attachment wounds” formed in childhood that influence how you relate to yourself and others. By bringing these to light, we create space for healing and self-compassion.
For many, healing includes spiritual meaning-making—a reconnection to something greater than oneself. Whether that’s through personal values, cultural belief systems, or a sense of soul, I hold space for these dimensions with respect and openness. Spiritual integration in therapy can help you find purpose, connect with your intuition, and reframe suffering into growth.
You are not the problem—the problem is the problem. Narrative therapy helps you re-author your life story, loosening the grip of shame, failure, or helplessness. Together, we uncover hidden strengths, challenge dominant narratives, and reshape your identity from a place of empowerment.
MBT strengthens your ability to understand your own and others’ thoughts, feelings, and intentions- a capacity often impacted by trauma or relational instability. Especially helpful for personality disorders like BPD, MBT helps build emotional clarity, reduce impulsivity, and improve relationships through deeper self-awareness.
ACT teaches you to accept what is out of your control and *commit to action aligned with your values*. We learn to stop avoiding pain and start building a life rooted in meaning, flexibility, and inner strength—even when discomfort shows up along the way.
Trauma affects the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. That’s why my approach is flexible, layered, and always attuned to your pace. Some days, we’ll work with thoughts. Other days, with the body. And sometimes, with your deeper sense of self. Healing is not about doing more—it’s about doing what’s right for you
